Tips For Internet Network Marketing Success

Copyright © Karen Pore, Your Partner In Online Success

There are so many different network marketing or Multi Level Marketing companies operating on the Internet today. Sometimes it can be hard to know whether or not you are the company you are looking into is a reputable company or if they are someone trying to scam others. It becomes harder and harder with all the new companies being added virtually every day. Here are some tips to make sure you are not taken advantage of.

The first thing you need to look for is when you initially talk to an Internet marketer make sure you are talking to a person. The world of email and auto responders are great. They can assist you in so many ways when building a business in the Internet world, but never discount the value of human contact. Be sure that if you are not actually called by your potential mentor that you call them. Make sure they are really there, that it’s really the person they say they are. The way that someone carries themselves on the phone with you can determine so much about how much you are willing to trust that person as your potential mentor. If that potential mentor does everything to avoid human contact chances are they are not going to be a good mentor for you.

The second thing you need to look for is ensure you mentor, or the Network Marketing company they are with has an actual physical address. Is it a P.O. Box? If it is then why? Do they have an address for the corporate headquarters? After all you may pick a great mentor but the company you are with is the company sending you your check, you really want to make sure they are an actual company. Do a little of your own research. Are they a new company? Have they been in business for some time and have an established record? Now the Internet itself can be a great tool but often misleading. Check your information with the BBB(Better Business Bureau). Make sure they have testimonials from other distributors other than your potential mentor.

The last thing you will want to look for is do some research in the Internet community. If this network marketing company has been around for some time chances are they have done business with a lot of people and have a good or a bad reputation. No matter what any mentor tells you there is no product in the world no matter how good it is that sells itself. Make sure there is a sales plan set up through this company or even through your potential mentor that you can actually see potential results through. The best way to check those results out and is check the Internet community. Chances are there are some pretty dedicated customers or distributors out there on the Internet that are singing it’s praises.

Some of these tips may seem to be common sense, but sometimes potential business owners get so excited and about a new business venture and another source of potential income and simply forget some of the common sense things that we already know. Do your homework and make sure you find the right Network Marketing or Multi Level Marketing company for you.

10 Great Ways To Jumpstart Your Sales.

1. Find a strategic business partner.

Look for partner or mentor that has not only achieved success,
but achieved it in a manner you wish to achieve it yourself. For
example if someone created a residual income off of talking to
strangers and giving them a business card and that's not what
fits your personality and you can't see yourself doing that they
are probably not a good partner for you. Find what fits your
personality.

2. Brand your name and business. You can easily
do this by just writing articles and submitting them
to e-zines or web sites for republishing.

3. Remember to take a little time out of your day
or week to brainstorm. New ideas are usually the
difference between success and failure.

4. Take risks to improve your business. Sometimes
businesses don't want to advertise unless it's free,
sometimes you have to spend money to get results.

5. Always market using a funded proposal. Offer a
front end sale and then later introduce your prospect
to your business. This "qualifies" the person for spending
your time with them. Time is valuable. If you get on the
phone with every person who comes to your website and
they are not of the same mindset as you, you are wasting
your time and their time.

6. Include emotional words in your advertisements.
Use ones like love, security, relief, freedom, happy,
satisfaction, fun, etc.

7. Have an auto responder (and your own capture page)
Systems will come and go but you shouldn't have to leave
your prospects when you leave a system. Without an
autoresponder you will die a fast death in Internet
marketing. The money IS in the list. It's essential.

8. Model other successful business or people. I'm
not saying out right copy them, but practice some
of the same habits that have made them succeed.

9. Ask people online to review your web site. You
can use the comments you get to improve your web
site or you may turn the reviewer into a customer.

10. Never stop learning. When it comes to Internet
marketing you must never think you have "mastered"
it. You must always continue to learn. Getting prospects
to your business is the only way to continue to prosper.

I will be expanding on these techniques in the next couple of weeks. Tip to help you out depending on your marketing level look at these items and see what you are doing and what you aren't doing. Then decide what you need to learn first. To give you a hint the first thing you need to start with is a funded proposal. It could be the most important thing on this list.

Huge Announcements At The Streamline Funnel System Millionaire's Summit

Paul Birdsall's Streamline Funnel System just concluded it's millionaire's summit in Las Vegas, NV Saturday September 26th with huge announcements. This meeting included Internet marketing gurus such as founder Paul Birdsall and many of the co-founders Chris Pearson, George Briere and Karl Airey. Many announcements at the summit included system upgrades and changes for it's users. Also announced the next stream of income included in the system. With the phase two already being launched in August of 2009, phase three has now been added and is making the Streamline Funnel System one of the most lucrative MLM Internet marketing systems available.

The new Phase 3 of the Streamline Funnel System now includes a new incentive pool being added. Starting this month it is going through a 90 day test phase and this pool will start at $10,000 for the month of October. This amount will go up monthly with the new members funneling in each and every day. The payout amount will be based on the number of members that the Streamline Funnel System user has either brought into the system through their own marketing efforts or through lead packs purchased or the links that are included with the system's membership subscription.

There will also be new system advances that are included in this phase 3 process but those will be rolling out slowly over the next few weeks. These upgrades including not only updated capture pages for users but multiple pages to pick from. There will also be the ability to have your own auto responder within the Streamline Funnel System as well. With effective “Web 2.0” marketing techniques being taught each week by leaders the auto responder tool will become more and more effective and helpful to it's users. Using “Web 3.0” technology as the software used for the system has been coined, these updates seem to make the Streamline Funnel System the perfect learning curve of any MLM Internet marketing system out there. The user now has the ability to learn cutting edge Internet marketing techniques but at the same time have their link going out and generating sales for them while they are learning, taking those sales and essentially plugging them into 3 streams of income just so far to date.

One more thing....I received an award while I saw in Vegas! Check It Out!!

Create An Auto-Pilot MLM Building System

Copyright © Karen Pore, Your Partner In Online Success

Many Multi Level Marketing companies are now finally starting to realize the importance of having a system in place for their distributors to now build their businesses on the Internet. The possibilities seemed to become endless when MLMers realized the true possibilities that were available to them by using the Internet. Gone were the days of making a list and contacting every distant relative you had ever known. We fast forward now to the days where prospects can be generated virtually in any place your company is present. The lists that used to be made have not become auto responders. The friends and relatives have now become calls to prospects that have opted in to that auto responder that we cherish so much.

It has now become evident to many of these distributors that the importance of a MLM building system has become more and more needed. Business owners seem to be taking over the Internet, especially in many well known hot spots for them. The problem for the prospect is they may indeed be interested in having their own business and joining the Multi Level Marketing industry, but what do you have to offer them? Sure you have great products! Who doesn't? You have a great compensation plan! Most MLMs do. What do you have to offer that prospect that is going to set you aside from everyone else out there? Oh yes...the system!

Prospects need to see themselves doing what you are doing. If you are calling a prospect telling them anything and everything they have ever needed to know about your Mutli Level Marketing company they are thinking it sounds great, but I can't tell people all this stuff. This is where the MLM building system comes in. You must have something that is to some degree on auto pilot. You must be able to concentrate your efforts on teaching your prospect soon to be business builder the basics of Web 2.0 advertising and traffic generation while letting a system do the selling for you. Many Multi Level Marketing companies now see this and are making the switch. If your company hasn't and has you doing business presentations either find a system that is generic that you can use or build you own. There are so many things out there that building your own system is not that hard anymore.

You may be thinking to yourself but I do great giving my business presentation. You may be. You may be the top recruiter in your company and could sell anything to anyone. The problem is can your prospect? Can your down line? Can you success really be duplicated? If not you are bottom line never going to go anywhere. It really pains my heart when I see some poor soul advertising their company product web page. It's probably not their fault, they don't know that they either just wasted a whole lot of money or a whole lot of time. They can never get that prospect back again.

In closing think about the basic things that you need to be a successful Internet marketer in the Multi Level Marketing industry. You need the system, an auto responder, a web page or splash page as it is sometimes called and you need a presentation. Every single one of those things needs to be duplicated all the way through your organization. Wrap it all together and you have the MLM building system you need to really take some steps forward for your true success.

Will Systems Be The Death Of Your Business?

Let's face it there are a lot of great "systems" out there. Some of these systems are designed to "close and train" your members, some are designed to generate some extra advertising money.

My questions is are these systems going to be the death of your business? Are you relying on these systems to develop and train your prospects? Are you using the system in the way it's intended to be?

.......using it as intended? That's an interesting question......

I'm not sure if you are aware of this or not but every system...or system of value is designed to build a list. Your prospects visit a website, look at a compelling website that drives them to put in their information at the bottom of the page to go to the next page. More often than not the landing page is full of a lot of hype and excitement to drive your prospect to fill out that form!

Once your prospect is in the system they will start receiving emails from the auto-responder setup by the owner of the system. Normally, this series of letters is designed to promote the system your prospect came through with the intent to have your prospect upgrade to a paid member.

In essence, most of these systems are designed to sell something to your prospect, whether it's a product, service or membership.

But the first thing that happens is your visitor becomes a prospect by filling out the form.

So where am I going with this ... well, the problem as I see it is that many of these programs change or disappear or become obsolete. And that is where people stop, it's at this point they blame the system on their own failure to grow.

The truth is ... the system generated prospects for you and if this system goes or changes ... you still have prospects from the system that you can take with you.

Systems come and go, they are redesigned to capture a new market. Capture pages will always change but in the end they actually are the same. Systems are developed to build lists.

So instead of focusing so much on systems you need to focus on what is most important building your list.

Focus on what's important ... building your list. It's your list that will help you become successful in business ... without one, you are sure to fail. Focus your online advertising on a system that is building your list. If the system changes, simply edit what you are advertising and continue to build your list.

Whether you are using System A, System B or your own lead capture system ... keep your focus on the people you are connecting with not on the 'system' you are using. Systems come and systems go ... people are here to stay.

Get to know your people.

To Your Success,
Karen Pore

You Can Get Generate Targeted Website Traffic, Not Traffic Accident

Copyright © Karen Pore, Your Partner In Online Success

You can generate targeted website traffic to your website pretty easily if you just dedicate a little time each day to it. It is the number one way to build your business. But how do you do get people to visit your website? How do you ensure that when someone Googles key words associated with the content reflected on your website, that it is your site that appears at the top of the search results? Simply put: you must promote your website through a number of methods and channels. And pick those channel appropriately so that you generate targeted website traffic. The people you really want to see it! Here are some of the most effective ways to bring traffic to your website:

One thing you can do is get listed with multiple search engines. Don’t stop at Google, as there as numerous search engines out there, including: AltaVista, Metacrawler, Ask, Yahoo, MSN and newly launched Bing. Make sure you are listed with at least three major search engines. Statistics show that nearly 50% of website traffic results from search engines. The three biggest search engines out there are: Google, MSN and Yahoo. Don’t stop there, though. Keep in mind search engines that are in your area of interest/expertise; in other words, do your research to find out which engines people use to find out about the product or service you’re promoting.

Create a blog. It’s so easy and it’s so loved by search engines. Once you’ve created a blog, don’t forget to update it as frequently as possible. If you can post something on it daily, then do so; at the minimum, make sure you consistently post on your blog once or twice a week. When you are posting thing of keywords that are related to your business or website and be sure you post a link at the end of your blog entry back to your website. By sticking with keywords that are relevant to what a prospect will be looking for to find you, this will generate targeted website traffic back to your site. Stale content is bad for search engines. Don’t forget to link your blog to your website.

Promotion through social networking. Maybe you don’t like Facebook because you honestly don’t care what somebody ate for breakfast. But don’t forget that social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and even basic emails are vital marketing tools. Combine this with business cards and face-to-face communication and you have a recipe for marketing success. Studies show at least 20% of website traffic results from word-of-mouth, so get connected and never stop promoting your business.

Banner advertising. Studies show that banner ads tend to be better remembered than other forms of advertising. You can pay to post your banner ads on other people’s sites, or why not look into banner trading? Seek out other companies that are not your direct competition and see if they would be willing to trade banners with you. You may be advertising for them, but they’re also advertising for you - and it’s all for free. Check it out.

These are only some of the ways to increase traffic to your website. The most important thing to keep in mind is to keep your content fresh, link to as many affiliate sites as possible and to promote - whether through social networking, face-to-face or emails. Think about the broad keywords out there that will drive the right traffic that you want. Drive traffic to website, not away from it.

Welcome to the superhighway, where rush hour is welcome - and traffic accidents are to be avoided.

The Right Steps For Starting An Online Home Business

Copyright © Karen Pore, Your Partner In Online Success

If you have recently started an online business, you are probably starting to realize that the biggest obstacle to overcome is learning how to market correctly. The right marketing campaign will target your audience and draw traffic to your website. The wrong marketing campaign will wind up frustrating you and costing you a lot of hard-earned money. Starting an Online Home Business is not the hard part – it’s developing the right marketing campaign that can be a bit of a struggle.

When you think marketing for your online business, think traffic. Getting traffic to your website is the number one way to build your home-based business. But what you want is to not only drive initial traffic to your website, but to make sure you maintain a high rank with search engines so that your target audience will keep coming back. So, if you’re Starting an Online Home Business, pay close attention to the following advice:

Firstly, get your website listed with a number of search engines. You may want to list yourself with search databases that are in your area of expertise. For example, if you have a website that sells travel packages, do your research to find out which search engines are primarily used for travel. Google, MSN and Yahoo are the three most popular search engines, so your first step is to make sure you are listed with at least one of these engines, if not all of them.

Secondly, anyone who is Starting an Online Home Business needs to understand the importance of content-based Internet marketing. By getting articles and press releases written about your online business, you will increase your traffic flow by an average of 30%. If you’re not a writer, not to worry, as there are many affordable article-writing services out there. Articles and press releases establish your online presence better than any other form of paid advertising will.

Thirdly, either start an e-zine or submit articles to existing e-zines. Don’t forget to provide your website link and contact info at the end of the article. Really focus on all you can get out of e-zines: trading banner ads and classifieds, submitting articles to all available free e-zines out there and starting an online forum or message board linked to your e-zine of choice. If you’re Starting an Online Home Business, think e-zines and the multiple benefits you will get from using them.

Finally, anyone who is Starting an Online Home Business needs to immediately pool together all the available social networking mediums that are out there: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, MSN, email lists and blogs. You don’t have to use all the mediums out there, but make sure you’re using two or three (for example, Facebook and one or two blog sites). Social networking mediums such as these are free, simple to use and great ways to connect with people and market your product.

The world of home-based businesses is like any other entrepreneurial industry – it takes work, commitment and a willingness to never stop promoting. The reason so many people fail at their online business is because they don’t understand the fundamentals of developing an online marketing campaign that works. Don’t be left in the dust by your online competitors: develop the right marketing campaign when Starting an Online Home Business today!
